Tenant Bulletin Board

Dear Nyack Business Center Tenants,

As we all continue to navigate this unprecedented situation, we would like to take a moment and let you know we are available to support your needs in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have made several improvements in

our building to ensure the highest level of safety for our tenants and their customers:

What we are doing?

  • Increased frequency of cleaning, sanitizing at regular intervals
  • We are asking our employees for social responsibility/ distancing as part of our agreement to support each other and the general population
  • Our employees know that if they are showing any signs of illness, it is absolutely mandatory to stay home
  • We can support and plan together – reach out with any questions or concerns!

Over the next few weeks, as the situation unfolds, we will use every resource and technology available to us to keep the building a safe environment for all who visit us.

If you have any questions at all and/or ideas that can help us to come together to keep moving forward please email us at info@99mainst.com or text/call 917-597-7778.

Stay safe, stay well and remain hopeful!

Shawn Levesque, Manager

New tile at the front door entry

This Saturday, April 9th our contractor will be installing new tile at the front door entry to the building. There may be times during the day you or your guests will need to use the back door to gain access to the building. An alternate entry notice will be posted and the back door will be propped open during these times.

I am a special ed attorney on the 1st floor.  If any of the many therapists in this building have a practice which would be suitable to working with one of my clients who is a teen with substance abuse problems, combined with truancy problems, as well as ADHD and ODD, please notify me.

Many thanks,

LED Lights Installation

Dear Tenants,

Next week on Monday the 21st, Tuesday the 22nd and Wednesday the 23rd, our contractor Perreca Electric will be changing all the light bulbs throughout the building to energy efficient LED bulbs. They will need to briefly gain access to your office in order to change the bulbs. If you are unable to grant access at that time, please let them know what time they can come back.

Thank you,

Shawn Levesque, Manager
