COVID-19

Dear Nyack Business Center Tenants,

As we all continue to navigate this unprecedented situation, we would like to take a moment and let you know we are available to support your needs in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have made several improvements in

our building to ensure the highest level of safety for our tenants and their customers:

 

What we are doing?

  • Increased frequency of cleaning, sanitizing at regular intervals
  • We are asking our employees for social responsibility/ distancing as part of our agreement to support each other and the general population
  • Our employees know that if they are showing any signs of illness, it is absolutely mandatory to stay home
  • We can support and plan together – reach out with any questions or concerns!

Over the next few weeks, as the situation unfolds, we will use every resource and technology available to us to keep the building a safe environment for all who visit us.

LED Lights Installation

Dear Tenants,

Next week on Monday the 21st, Tuesday the 22nd and Wednesday the 23rd, our contractor Perreca Electric will be changing all the light bulbs throughout the building to energy efficient LED bulbs. They will need to briefly gain access to your office in order to change the bulbs. If you are unable to grant access at that time, please let them know what time they can come back.

ANNOUNCING THE LAUNCH OF OUR NEW NBC WEBSITE!

We are proud to announce the launch of the new Nyack Business Center website! We invite you to explore the site and set up your new account. This will enable all tenants free access to the following:

Meeting Rooms
You can check room availability and make reservations through the Book a Meeting Room page. For free tenant access, just enter your Tenant Code (door code plus room number) when checking out.

Please note that the website Meeting Rooms Calendar will start excepting room reservations from March 11th, 2016 forward. If you have any meeting room reservations booked on the paper calendar after March 10th, please be sure to rebook them on the website now. The paper calendar will no longer be used after March 10th, 2016.

Tenant Directory
List your company profile in the directory listing webpages. A great resource for tenants to promote their business, network and find other great services in the building.

Tenant Bulletin Board
A virtual bulletin board where tenants and building management can view or post their special announcements and business promotions.

To get started, all you need to do is set up an account by clicking Login/Register at the top and entering your information. Once registered, click on My Account to Book a Meeting Room, add or edit your Tenant Web Page and Submit Bulletin Board announcements!
