Our Virtual Office services are designed for those who require various business services and supports but do not need an actual office space. We offer the following Virtual Office solutions:


Meeting Rooms can be rented for meetings, seminars, workshops, rehearsals, reunions, luncheons, or just for working.

Check availability, book a session, and pay through our room calendar booking page. All meeting room rentals have free WiFi internet and kitchenette access.

Meeting Room rentals are $50 per hour for a room that can accommodate eight people and $35 per hour for a space that can accommodate four.


Mailbox rental for non-tenants is $450, billed in six-month cycles to your credit card. If requested, weekly mail forwarding within the U.S. is also available for an additional $150, billed in six-month cycles to your credit card. Stamps or account-paid shipping labels are required. With a mailbox at NBC, you get the following:
